After exploring different costed energy efficiency options we help a homeowner prepare a green retrofit loan application.
Our compliance and verification workflow management service builds trust and confidence by taking the risk out of contracting for the works and protecting consumers against mis-selling, poor quality work and post completion disputes.

Katharine has seven years of managerial experience in the low carbon technology space and brings 12 years of customer service experience, having previously worked in customer-facing roles for Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.
During her time at Passiv she was instrumental in expanding support capabilities, effecting process improvements and driving operational efficiency and governance.
She has a wealth of hands-on experience and she brings a disciplined and methodical approach to the way new propositions and services are designed.
