How it works for assessors?
Energy efficient retrofits
We give homeowners and landlords direct access to the appointment booking system of our panel of Assessors. Benefit from receiving a healthy and rapidly growing sales pipeline of retrofit assessments and post evaluation surveys in your area.
Who should apply?
Experienced, qualified PAS 2035 Assessors willing to attend a one day upskilling course run by Elmhurst Energy. Our Net Zero Retrofit Assessors will conduct assessments and post installation evaluation of properties undergoing lender financed retrofits.
Qualifications
You will be asked to confirm that you have the experience and capability to deliver the onsite assessments.
Legal
You will be required to agree to our terms and conditions and those of the TrustMark Code of Conduct and TrustMark Consumer Charter.
Documentation
You will be required to submit certain documents e.g. PAS 2035 certificate, etc.
Insurance
We will need to see evidence that your business has adequate insurance in place.

We charge an annual fee for an assessor to receive Pre-installation and Post-evaluation assessment bookings in their area. Discounts apply if registering more than one assessor. All prices exclude VAT.
