Over 50% of homes do not have an up to date EPC rating and that figure increases to 65% for detached houses. Our SAP modelling software fills in the missing property data as well as creates an estimated EPC. We also calculate an Environmental Impact Rating (EIR).
Retrofit Manager comes with different workflow dashboards and filters for making it easy to develop marketing campaigns or identify properties requiring specific types of interventions or suitable for low carbon equipment.
This provides you with a powerful set of data for performing carbon intensity, and energy intensity calculations for modeling different carbon reduction scenarios.
